EarnPHP Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

These EarnPHP Terms and Conditions form an agreement between the person using the website, account, games, sports markets, payment features, promotions, or related services and EarnPHP. References to “you,” “your,” or “member” mean the registered user. References to “we,” “our,” or “the platform” mean EarnPHP.

By registering, logging in, depositing, claiming a promotion, placing a wager, or otherwise using EarnPHP, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any provision, you must not open an account or continue using the platform.

3. Registration and account security

Each eligible person may maintain only one EarnPHP account unless written approval is provided. During registration, you must submit accurate, current, and complete information. This can include your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, residential details, and preferred payment information.

You must keep your login credentials private. Do not share your password, one-time PIN, device access, or account with another person, even if that person is a relative or trusted friend. Activity completed through valid credentials may be treated as authorised until EarnPHP receives and acts on a credible security report.

If you notice an unfamiliar login, payment, wager, or change to your profile, secure your device and report the issue promptly. EarnPHP may temporarily restrict access while the matter is reviewed. You are responsible for keeping your contact details updated so security notices and account communications can reach you.

Selling, transferring, renting, or giving away an EarnPHP account is not permitted. Accounts cannot be used on behalf of another person, as a money-transfer facility, or for business activity unrelated to legitimate personal betting.

4. Identity, age, and security verification

EarnPHP may conduct Know Your Customer checks before or after registration, deposit, bonus use, betting activity, or withdrawal. You may be asked for a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, payment ownership evidence, a selfie or liveness check, and information showing the lawful source of funds.

Documents must be genuine, readable, current, and submitted by the account holder. Altered records, misleading details, or another person's documents can result in account restriction, cancellation of bonuses, withholding of transactions while the case is reviewed, and closure where permitted by law.

Verification times depend on the completeness of your information and whether additional checks are needed. EarnPHP may pause deposits, betting, transfers, or withdrawals while security, fraud prevention, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, or responsible gaming checks are in progress.

5. Deposits, balances, and withdrawals

All amounts shown for Philippine members are normally displayed in Philippine pesos. Deposits must come from a payment method you are authorised to use, and withdrawals will generally be returned to a verified method held in your own name. Supported options may include:

A withdrawal may be delayed when account details do not match, a payment is reversed, bonus requirements remain incomplete, unusual activity is detected, or a legal review is required. We may return funds to the original payment source where reasonable and permitted.

Displayed balances may include deposited money, withdrawable winnings, pending wagers, and restricted bonus credit. Restricted credit is not cash and cannot be withdrawn until all relevant EarnPHP Terms and Conditions have been satisfied. An obvious accounting or technical error does not create a right to funds that were not legitimately deposited or won.

6. Wagers, odds, settlement, and cancellations

A bet is accepted only when EarnPHP records it and provides confirmation. Preparing a bet slip, selecting odds, or pressing a button does not guarantee acceptance. Odds and market availability can change before confirmation, especially during live betting.

You are responsible for reviewing the event, participant, selection, stake, odds, potential return, and bet type before submission. Confirmed bets usually cannot be edited or cancelled at a member's request. EarnPHP will settle valid bets according to the official result, applicable market rules, and reliable information sources selected for the event.

Markets may be suspended or voided because of abandonment, postponement, incorrect participants, integrity concerns, data failure, or a clear pricing mistake. Rules can differ for PBA betting, NBA betting, roulette, sabong, card games, and other products. Members should review the rules shown with each product before placing a wager.

An “obvious error” includes a price, line, handicap, return, result, or market that is clearly incorrect when compared with the event circumstances or generally available information. EarnPHP may correct, recalculate, or void an affected transaction in a fair and proportionate manner, subject to applicable law.

Event broadcasts, scoreboards, timers, animations, statistics, and live trackers are provided for convenience and may be delayed or inaccurate. Settlement is based on the official result and relevant market rules, not solely on information displayed during play.

7. Promotions, bonuses, and VIP rewards

EarnPHP may offer welcome rewards, free bets, rebates, cashback, lucky draws, deposit bonuses, loyalty points, or VIP benefits. Each offer may have its own start date, expiry, eligible games, deposit requirement, wagering target, maximum conversion value, minimum odds, and withdrawal limit.

Unless an offer says otherwise, promotions are limited to one eligible person, household, device, payment method, mobile number, or shared network. Bonus credit must not be transferred, sold, combined across duplicate accounts, or obtained through misleading registration details.

EarnPHP may withhold or cancel a promotion when there is reasonable evidence of coordinated betting, opposite-side wagering, low-risk bonus conversion, duplicate participation, payment cycling, manipulation, or another attempt to gain an unfair advantage. Legitimate deposited funds will be handled under the applicable account and payment rules.

VIP status and rewards are discretionary unless a published offer states otherwise. A tier, benefit, host service, cashback percentage, or points programme can be adjusted according to activity, risk review, programme changes, and applicable law. Membership in the VIP Club does not guarantee winnings or preferential settlement of disputed bets.

8. Prohibited and unfair conduct

EarnPHP is intended for genuine personal entertainment. You must not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, payment abuse, collusion, match manipulation, unauthorised automation, hacking, scraping that disrupts service, or any unlawful purpose.

Prohibited behaviour includes creating duplicate accounts, using stolen funds, exploiting software faults, interfering with another member, threatening staff, supplying false documents, sharing inside information, or attempting to reverse a legitimate deposit after wagering. You must not introduce harmful code or attempt to gain access to systems, data, or accounts without permission.

Where suspicious conduct is identified, EarnPHP may restrict relevant functionality, reject a transaction, void affected wagers, request information, or close an account. Records may be preserved and disclosed to payment providers, sports integrity bodies, regulators, or authorities when legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate unlawful activity.

9. Responsible gaming and player protection

EarnPHP supports responsible gaming and encourages every member to treat betting as paid entertainment, not as income or a solution to financial pressure. Set a budget before playing, avoid chasing losses, take regular breaks, and never use money intended for rent, food, tuition, medicine, bills, or debt payments.

Account tools may include deposit limits, spending controls, time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Some restrictions cannot be removed immediately once activated. EarnPHP may also contact a member, limit activity, or close an account when behaviour creates a reasonable player-safety concern.

Self-excluded members must not attempt to open another account or use somebody else's details. Where reasonably possible, EarnPHP will detect and restrict linked access, but members also remain responsible for observing their selected exclusion period.

10. Website access and service availability

EarnPHP aims to provide reliable access, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, mobile network issues, device problems, power interruptions, supplier outages, payment failures, cyber incidents, force majeure events, or other circumstances can temporarily affect games and transactions.

You are responsible for using a compatible, secure device and a stable connection. If communication is interrupted during a wager, the EarnPHP record will determine whether the bet was accepted. A disconnected screen does not automatically cancel a confirmed wager.

Features, markets, games, payment methods, and promotions may be introduced, suspended, or removed. EarnPHP may update software and security requirements to protect members and maintain platform performance.

11. Records, complaints, and limits of liability

EarnPHP transaction logs, account records, and system data will be used to review questions about balances, wagers, and payments, subject to clear evidence of an error. If you believe a transaction is incorrect, report it promptly with the date, amount, reference, event, and supporting screenshots where available.

To the extent permitted by law, EarnPHP is not responsible for losses caused by a member's failure to secure credentials, unauthorised sharing of an account, incompatible equipment, inaccurate third-party live data, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

EarnPHP does not guarantee that a bet, strategy, prediction, or historical result will produce a profit. All valid wagers carry risk. You remain responsible for your decisions, stakes, tax obligations, and compliance with laws that apply to you.

12. Suspension and account closure

You may request closure of your EarnPHP account after outstanding wagers and verification matters are resolved. A closure request does not replace self-exclusion when your reason relates to gambling harm; use the responsible gaming process so suitable protections can be applied.

EarnPHP may suspend or close an account for a breach of these Terms and Conditions, legal requirements, security threats, payment disputes, prolonged inactivity, player-safety concerns, or a commercial decision permitted by law. Where appropriate, legitimate remaining funds will be returned after valid wagers, authorised deductions, and verification checks are completed.

Provisions concerning verification, prohibited activity, records, disputes, liability, and outstanding payments continue to apply after account closure where necessary.

13. Changes to the EarnPHP Terms and Conditions

EarnPHP may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect legal requirements, security needs, product changes, new payment processes, or improved player protections. The revised effective date will be displayed on this page.

Material changes may also be communicated through the website or registered contact details. Continuing to use EarnPHP after an update takes effect means you accept the revised provisions. If you disagree with an update, stop using the service and request account closure.
